The questions you're already asking.
- What counts as software?
- More than most people think: your phone system, the operating systems on your computers, your website, and the apps you run your work on. We stop at the hardware, the network and security, where your IT provider takes over.
- What if Daniel is not available?
- Your documentation and a current copy of what we built are handed to you as part of the work, not at the end. Your software keeps running and stays yours. If you leave, you take your data in a usable format.
- What if I stop Manage?
- You can end it on thirty days' notice. You keep your software, your data, and the documentation.
- Why not just hire a developer?
- One developer is not the job. Running software well takes building, support, monitoring, and someone to own the plan. You get all of it without hiring, managing, or losing one person.
- Do I have to replace what I have?
- No. We start with what you already have and replace nothing without a good reason. If something does need replacing, that is a later decision, made with evidence.
- Do you use AI?
- We use AI tooling in delivery. We don't price a schedule on it, and we'll tell you exactly where your data does and doesn't go.
