These terms apply to redskyplatforms.com, operated by Red Sky Platforms, L.L.C., Clinton, IA & U.S.A. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms are not the agreement for the work

Nothing on this website is a contract, and nothing on it is a binding offer. The prices, timeframes and inclusions described here are what we intend to offer, not terms you can accept by clicking. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us. If that agreement and this website ever disagree, the signed agreement governs.

Booking a call places you under no obligation, and commits us to nothing beyond attending.

Using the site

You may read this site, print it, and share it inside your organization. You may not:

• copy or republish its content as your own,
• use it to build or train a competing offering,
• probe, scan or interfere with the site or the systems behind it,
• use automated means that degrade it for other people, or
• misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

Our content

The text, design, layout, logo and name on this site belong to Red Sky Platforms, L.L.C. You get no license to them beyond reading the site and sharing it as described above.

Third-party services

Scheduling happens on a booking page run by another company, and that company's own terms and privacy notice apply there. We are not responsible for services we do not run.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but it describes an offering that changes. We do not promise the site is free of errors or always available, and we may change or withdraw anything on it at any time.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Red Sky Platforms, L.L.C. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to work performed under a signed agreement, which carries its own terms.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Clinton County, Iowa, and both of us consent to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
