This policy covers redskyplatforms.com and the booking page we use to schedule calls. It is written by Red Sky Platforms, L.L.C., Clinton, IA & U.S.A.

What we collect
When you visit the site. Our analytics provider records the pages you view, what you click, how far you scroll, the address of the page that sent you here, your IP address, and your browser, operating system and device type. It derives an approximate location, usually a city, from the IP address. It also records uncaught errors in your browser so we can fix them.
Session recordings. We record a reconstruction of your visit: page content, mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. Anything you type into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser, and we do not record keystrokes.
When you book a call. Our scheduling provider collects your name, your email address, anything you write in the notes field, the email addresses of any guests you add, and your time zone. We receive that booking, and a record of it goes into our calendar and email.
Linking the two. When you click a booking link on this site, we pass along an identifier for your visit, so that a booking can be matched to the visit that led to it. After you book, that visit stops being anonymous to us.
What we never collect here. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive category of personal information on this website.
Cookies and similar technology
Our analytics provider stores a cookie and a small amount of data in your browser to recognize a returning visit and to group activity into one session. We use no advertising cookies, and no advertising or social media trackers.
Why we use it
- To understand which parts of this page people read, and to improve it.
- To know whether a visit led to a booking.
- To schedule, confirm and prepare for a call you requested.
- To find and fix errors on the site.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to train machine learning models.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, and to a successor if the business is sold.
Your choices
- Turn off tracking. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends it, this site loads no analytics and records no session. You can also block cookies for this site, or use a tracker-blocking extension.
- Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Email us. We will confirm your request, and answer within 45 days.
- California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
- Outside the United States. This site is aimed at businesses in the United States, and information is stored there. If you are somewhere with different rules, contact us and we will handle your request under the standard that applies to you.
How long we keep it
- Analytics and session recordings: for as long as our analytics plan retains them, currently one year.
- Bookings, email and calendar records: while we are in contact and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records.
- Deletion requests: we delete what we can and tell you what we must keep, and why.
Security
Access to these systems is limited to the owner of the business, protected by two-step verification. Traffic to this site is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is meant for people doing business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be described at the top of this page.
